Utility Cells are on the cursor after a pole or ped is placed. Up to ten utility cells are available and must be named UTIL1, UTIL2, etc.

When the strand commands are run, a prompt for utility cells displays. Key in the number of the cell(s) required (i.e., 1,2,3, etc.) and the corresponding Utility cell is on the cursor for placement.
